Ordering & Handmade Products
Are Looseleaf products handmade?
Yes! I make every finished piece by hand from start to finish. Punched, trimmed, backed, and packed right here in North Carolina.
Because everything is handmade, you may notice tiny differences from the photos. That just means every piece is unique!
Are your products made to order?
Yes! All of my handmade products are made to order just for you. Once your order comes in, I'll get to work making your pieces based on the designs and colors you selected!
Can I customize my order?
I offer customization on most of my coaster designs and some of my car coaster designs. If you're not seeing an option to customize the design you want, feel free to contact me and I'll let you know what we can do!
DIY & Refill Kits
What's included in a refill kit?
Each refill kit includes punch needle fabric, felt backing, pre-cut yarn for your project, a design stencil, and optional glue sticks.
Punch needle tools and other reusable supplies are not included, so be sure to check the "What You'll Need" section on the product page before ordering.
What's the difference between a DIY kit and a refill kit?
DIY kits are made for starting from scratch, while refill kits are made for keeping the fun going!
DIY kits include the reusable punch needle tools you'll need, plus the materials and instructions for your project. Refill kits skip the tools and include just the materials for your next project, so you can keep creating without buying the same supplies again.
Already have your punch needle setup? A refill kit is probably all you need!
Do I need punch needle experience?
Not necessarily! Looseleaf DIY kits are designed to make getting started with punch needle as easy as possible, with your design already traced, fabric already stretched, and a step-by-step video to walk you through the process.
Refill kits are best for anyone who already has their punch needle tools and is ready for another project.
Looseleaf Studio
What is Looseleaf Studio?
Looseleaf Studio is where you'll be able to make a Looseleaf creation your own. Choose your design, play with colors, preview your creation before ordering, and bring your idea to life. No imagination-only color combinations required.
When will Looseleaf Studio be available?
The Studio is still getting its finishing touches! Join the Looseleaf Letter to be the first to know when it's ready to open is doors.
Can I customize a product before the Studio launches?
Absolutely! Customization is already available on select products. If you have something specific in mind that you don't see as an option, send me a message and we'll see what we can create together.
Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
Looseleaf currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. I'd love to add more destinations in the future, so stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Add your favorites to your cart and enter your shipping information to see your rate!
When will my order ship?
Most products are made to order and ship within 5-7 business days. If I can get yours on the way sooner, I absolutely will!
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that processing time does not include the time your package spends in transit.
What if I need to change, cancel, or return my order?
Sometimes plans change! For information about order changes, cancellations, returns, lost packages, incorrect addresses, and other shipping questions, please see my Shipping & Returns Policy.
